Manufacturing Process

From spec sheet to finished goods

Every order moves through the same six checkpoints, sized to your quantity — from a sample run to a full bulk order. Here's what happens at each stage.

01

Spec & Design

Your product brief, branding requirements and target price are confirmed before development starts — the spec agreed here is what every later stage is checked against.

02

Material Sourcing

Materials, weights and colourways are sourced to match your specification, whether that's a standard catalogue material or something you've specified directly.

03

Sampling

A physical sample is developed for design, fit and material approval before any bulk cutting begins — this is the point to catch and correct anything that isn't right.

04

Approval

Sample, materials and packaging are signed off in writing before bulk production is scheduled, so what gets produced matches exactly what was approved.

05

Bulk Production

The full production run happens in our Sialkot facility, tracked against your order spec throughout. Bulk timelines run 25–30 working days after sample, design, material and order approval.

06

QC & Export

Finished goods are checked, packaged to your labelling requirements and prepared for export handover once quality control is complete.

Timelines may vary depending on order quantity, customization, material availability, approval cycles, packaging and shipping method.

Quality control runs alongside every stage

Not a single checkpoint at the end of the line — checks happen at each stage so problems are caught early rather than after a batch is finished.

Incoming Material Check

Fabric, leather and hardware are checked against your approved sample before cutting begins.

In-Line Inspection

Stitching, sizing and construction are checked at intervals throughout production, not just at the end.

Pre-Shipment Inspection

Finished goods are compared against your spec sheet and approved sample one more time before packing.

Packaging & Handover

Orders are packed to your labelling and packaging requirements ahead of export handover.

Specific certifications or compliance documentation can be confirmed on request for your order — get in touch with the production team for details relevant to your market.
