We turn it into a spec
Our team works your concept into a real production spec: materials, construction, sizing and branding placement.
Sample and refine
A physical sample comes back for review — adjust fit, material or construction before anything goes to bulk.
Approve and produce
Once the sample's signed off, bulk production runs 25–30 working days after sample, design, material and order approval.
